Collection and use of your information

What we collect: your name, job title, company, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.

Why: to identify you, respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation or proposal, and maintain a record of our correspondence.

How long: we keep inquiry records for up to 12 months after our correspondence closes, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing engagement.
